Mine record must be kept and available

Subregulation (5) does not require or permit the mine operator to provide personal or medical information in relation to a worker without the worker’s written consent unless the information is in a form that —
(a) does not identify the worker; and
(b) could not reasonably be expected to lead to the identification of the worker.
