Duty to provide health monitoring before first commencing lead risk work (1)

A person conducting a business or undertaking at a workplace must ensure that health monitoring is provided to a worker —
(a) before the worker first commences lead risk work for the person; and
(b) 1 month after the worker first commences lead risk work for the person.
