A person who conducts a business or undertaking must not direct or allow a worker to carry out the removal of the following unless the person holds a Class B asbestos removal licence or a Class A asbestos removal licence —
(a) more than 10 square metres of non-friable asbestos or ACM;
(b) ACD associated with the removal of more than 10 square metres of non-friable asbestos or ACM.
