    A person conducting a business or undertaking must manage risks associated with the carrying out of construction work in accordance with Part 3.1. Note for this regulation: WHS Act — section 19 (see regulation 9).

  • Security (1)

    A person with management or control of a workplace at which construction work is carried out must ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, that the workplace is secured from unauthorised access.
