Flammable or combustible substances

In this regulation — flammable or combustible substances includes — (a) flammable and combustible liquids, including waste liquids, in containers, whether empty or full; and (b) gas cylinders, whether empty or full.

A person conducting a business or undertaking at a workplace must ensure that, if flammable or combustible substances are kept at the workplace, the substances are kept at the lowest practicable quantity for the workplace.
