Notification that work continues 12 months after last notice given under Part 8A.3 (2)

A person conducting a business or undertaking carrying out, or directing or allowing a worker to carry out, the work must, within the period of 30 days ending after the day the 12-month period ends, give the regulator a written notice stating —
(a) the work is still being carried out; and
(b) any information given to the regulator that has changed.
